Scott M. Cumming is an experienced personal injury lawyer and the founder of Scott M. Cumming, PC. He graduated in the top 5% of his class from the University of Oregon School of Law, earning a spot in the Order of the Coif. He was the Managing Editor of the Oregon Law Review and completed externships with the Oregon Court of Appeals and the United States District Court. Before founding his firm, he gained trial experience at Dwyer Williams Cherkoss, PC. Scott is also a published author and speaker, and a summa cum laude graduate in Environmental Policy from the University of Oregon. He is committed to fighting for full compensation for his clients.
