Scott Peterson was born and raised in eastern Montana. He graduated with honors from the University of Montana Law School in 2011, where he was Articles Editor for the Montana Law Review and competed on the National Moot Court Team. He clerked for Justice Brian Morris at the Montana Supreme Court. His practice includes class actions, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, employment law, civil rights, discrimination claims, and personal injury cases. He was nominated for Montana Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2017.
