Scott T. McBride is a trial attorney who dedicates his practice to protecting the rights of individuals charged with a crime, of people who have suffered serious injury through the negligence of others, and of businesses and employers who want to run their companies and manage their employees smoothly and efficiently. From 1994-1997, he was an Assistant Public Defender in the Rolla office and from 1997-2001 he was Trial Counsel in the Capital Litigation Division in Columbia. Scott began private practice in 2001 and returned to Rolla in 2005 to work with Thomas, Birdsong, Mills & McBride, P.C. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Missouri Bar, and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has tried several complex and high-profile cases throughout Missouri and has substantial experience with representing individuals in the state and federal court systems.
