Scott T. Ugelstad joined Davis Law Group in 2025 with a broad background in personal injury litigation. His experience as a prosecutor, insurance defense attorney, and plaintiff’s trial lawyer gives him a unique perspective in advocating for injured clients. Licensed in Washington since 2017, he is committed to securing justice for accident victims and leverages his knowledge of insurance tactics to achieve the best possible results. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington State University and his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2017. He was a member of the Idaho Law Review and worked for the Latah County Prosecutor’s Office.
