Scott Weinstein is a Senior Counsel attorney with a trial career spanning since 1986. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, including class action, mass tort, and False Claims Act litigation. He co-founded and served as President of the Naples-Fort Myers Chapter of ABOTA and was a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors.
