About Seamus
Seamus attended St. Mary’s University School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree in English at the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, Seamus clerked for two Justices of the Fourth Court of Appeals, and advocated for underprivileged clients in the law school’s Consumer Protection Clinic. Days after receiving his bar results, Seamus tried his first case to a jury in Eagle Pass, Texas. Soon after, he was hired by the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he continued building his skills as an advocate in the courtroom. As an attorney in the Family Violence Division, Seamus prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases, many of which involved child and elderly victims. After presenting dozens of cases to juries as a prosecutor, Seamus returned to the Kemmy Law Firm, where he continues to seek justice for clients and their families.
