About Sean

Sean B. Malcolm is an attorney and founding partner at Malcolm Law Firm PLLC. He is a wrongful death lawyer and serious injury attorney with over 20 years of experience in Washington state. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with honors in 2004, ranking in the top 10% of his class (Order of the Coif). He gained experience in criminal defense as a public defender and as a litigation associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP before starting his own practice. Sean is also a graduate and faculty member of the Trial Lawyers College, an organization dedicated to training lawyers committed to the jury system and representing individuals in trial.
