I am a North Carolina native raised by a family of bikers. As a child I started out riding a little Honda XR80, but in my mind it was just as cool as my dad’s Wide Glide. He was a police officer in my hometown of Durham and that exposure to the law and motorcycles led me down the path of doing what I do now. After attending Appalachian State where I graduated with honors, I entered The University of North Carolina School of Law.
