Sean O’Rourke is a founding partner of Simon & O’Rourke Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, focused on litigation. He grew up in the maritime industry and specializes in representing injured workers and their families in Jones Act and maritime law cases. He holds a BS in Political Science from Southwest Texas State University and a JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and several federal district courts in Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
