About Sean
Sean T. Keith has over thirty years of experience representing individuals injured due to negligence, specializing in car wrecks, tractor-trailer crashes, nursing home abuse, and products liability cases against manufacturers. He is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, a regular recipient of the Mid South Super Lawyer designation, and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. He received the 2013 C.E. Ransick Award of Excellence from the Arkansas Bar Association. Sean began his career as a prosecuting attorney in Logan County, Arkansas, and has exclusively practiced civil law since 1995. He has taken primary responsibility for depositions in transvaginal mesh litigation and represented clients in Stryker hip failure cases, contributing to significant verdicts and settlements. He is an active member of the legal profession and community, serving on the Arkansas Supreme Court Model Civil Jury Instructions Committee and as a Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court in 2015.
