About Sergey

Sergey Kats is the Principal and Owner of Kats Law. He immigrated from Soviet Russia at a young age and is dedicated to helping clients. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from John Carroll University (2007) and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (2010), and was admitted to the Bar in 2011.
