Sergio C. Garcia is a personal injury attorney and the founder of SCG Professional Law Corporation. Born in Mexico, he became the nation's first undocumented attorney to be authorized to practice law in California on February 1, 2014, after winning a landmark case. He holds AA degrees from Butte College, a Paralegal Certificate from Chico State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law. He is known for his client-focused service and dedication to helping vulnerable and underrepresented individuals.
