Sergio is proud to live in Hawai`i, where the law gives jurors - men and women like you (and not judges or politicians) - the power to ensure that safety rules are followed in the future by providing full and fair compensation to victims of corporations and hospitals which place profits over people. In other words, it is the jury’s job to enforce the safety rules and keep the community and the islands safe by returning verdicts which these corporations and hospitals will take seriously.
