About Seth

Prior to joining Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz, Seth worked as a law clerk for the firm’s legal research and writing division. Seth received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with honors. While attending law school, Seth received CALI Excellence awards for his accomplishments in his Externship Seminar and Tort Litigation Capstone. Currently, Seth manages the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation Department. Seth is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He practices in the areas of pharmaceutical litigation, product liability, securities fraud, insurance bad faith, and personal injury.
