Seymour "Sy" Everett, III is a Founding Partner of Everett Dorey, LLP. He is a trial attorney and litigator in California, recognized as "Volunteer of the Year" by OC ABOTA and "DEI Champion". He represents corporations, non-profits, cities, public agencies, special districts, school districts, police officers and individuals in various litigation aspects including catastrophic injuries, asbestos, employment law, toxic tort, habitability, mold, general liability, wildland fires, business interference, libel, slander, environmental and administrative compliance. He is an elected member of ABOTA, identified as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California by The Daily Journal, and recognized as a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyer at Benchmark.
