Attorney Romines is a native of Corbin, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Corbin High School. Following high school, he attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington and studied Political Science. With a zest for politics, Attorney Romines excelled as an undergraduate student and then turned his sights toward law school.
