Sharna Dolan Favuzza is a partner and head of the Estate and Trust Planning Practice. She focuses on estate planning, asset protection, business succession planning, long-term care, and Medicaid planning. She also provides probate, real estate, litigation, and employment law advice, advocating for clients in Massachusetts courts, especially the Probate Court, for estate, guardianship, trust, real estate, and conservatorship litigation. She collaborates with financial, insurance, and tax advisors. Sharna is actively involved in her community, a founding member of the Women’s Business League and on its Advisory Board, and active in the Reading-North Reading and Wakefield Chambers of Commerce. She is a 2008 graduate of New England School of Law and a member of Wealth Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). In 2018, she was recognized as a Rising Star in Estate Planning by Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
