Shawn M. Robin is an attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers in Illinois, handling Workers’ Compensation litigation before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and state courts. He earned his B.A. in History from Indiana University - Bloomington in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2001. After gaining several years of experience, including representing insurance companies, he established his own practice in 2011 to advocate for injured workers. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association, and his article on wage differential claims was published in the Trial Journal in 2012.
