About Sherwin
Sherwin Tsai, Esq. is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C., focusing on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle, trucking, bus, and premises accidents. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. With prior experience in insurance defense, he now uses that knowledge to advocate for injured individuals. He is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), serving on its Board of Governors and Executive Committee, and is a lifetime member of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association. He has also served as a panelist for the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Fee Arbitration Committee since 2021.
