About Skyler

Skyler J Shaw is a second-generation trial attorney, the eldest son of Jeff 'JJ' Shaw. He has been involved with law since childhood, attending trials and discussing legal issues at home. He graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a double major in English and Communication/Culture. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2020, where he was a distinguished member of the Trial Advocacy Team, winning the 2018 Award for Best Closing Argument. He passed the Indiana Bar Examination on his first attempt and is licensed to practice law in Indiana. He aims to be one of the greatest trial attorneys in Indiana history.
