Soroush 'Stan' Dastan is the founder of Ashburn Law Office, PLC. He has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2011, including before all Virginia courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Dastan is an Iranian-born first-generation American who immigrated at age five. He previously worked for large national law firms and a personal injury firm, where he was involved in a high-profile wrongful death case. He prides himself on accessibility and providing personalized solutions for his clients, advocating zealously and honestly. His education includes a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.A. from George Mason University.
