Stan H. Anker

Stan's practice areas include bankruptcy, creditor and debtor representation, estate planning, commercial law, taxation, and real estate. He has lectured for continuing education regarding real estate law in South Dakota and made estate planning presentations to such organizations as the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association, the Rancher's Workshop, and the Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo. He has served as attorney for various unsecured creditor committees in chapter 11 bankruptcies.
