About Stephanie
Stephanie’s practice focuses on assisting professionals with a variety of issues including professional liability, business management, contracts, and employment matters. She specializes in professional negligence, insurance, and healthcare law. She advises clinics and independent practitioners across Central Oregon. As a skilled litigator, Stephanie represents individual professionals, business owners, clinics and hospitals of all sizes. She works hard to be the most knowledgeable person in the room about her cases and clients. Stephanie started her legal career in Missoula, Montana. After earning her PhD she became a litigation consultant, which she continued while attending law school. Before moving to Central Oregon she practiced for five years serving clients across the state of Montana, primarily in medical negligence and medical device litigation. She has been with Hart Wagner since 2016. When she’s not working you will find her skiing, hiking, and spending time on the water with her family.
