About Stephanie

Stephanie M. Fournier joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2016. She primarily practices in family law, including contested divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and guardianships, and has expanded her practice to include criminal defense and DUI & DWAI. She provides compassionate, client-centered legal guidance. Prior to joining the firm, she participated in the University of Denver’s Civil Litigation Clinic representing clients in civil protection order cases and acting as a guardian ad litem and interned at the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office. She was certified as a distinguished 2021 Member of Lawyers of Distinction, included in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law, and selected to the Super Lawyers 2023 and 2024 Colorado Rising Stars list.
