Stephanie Rios is the Director of the Personal Injury Department at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome. With over 19 years of experience, she has a deep understanding of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Her role involves close collaboration with attorneys and the personal injury team, focusing on research, case analysis, document preparation, and client communication, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. She began her legal journey at Naugatuck Valley Community College, earning an Associate degree in Criminal Justice. Outside work, she enjoys boating, hiking, visiting wineries, and serves as a justice of the peace and baseball coach.
