Stephen A. Bou is a native Washingtonian, raised in Bethesda, Maryland, and fluent in Spanish. He graduated from Denison University in 1982 with a BA in Spanish and a minor in Philosophy, and from Catholic University's Columbus Law School in 1985 with a J.D.
