Stephen C. Rubino

Stephen Rubino is a practicing attorney with 34 years of experience representing survivors of early childhood and adolescent sexual abuse. He has represented over 1,000 abuse survivors in seventeen states and Canada, developing the concept of 'religious duress' to explain delayed reporting. He was the first attorney to file and settle a civil racketeering lawsuit against the Catholic Church in Federal Court in New Jersey in 1993.
