Stephen F. Allen is a Civil & Criminal Defense Attorney who graduated from Fordham University in 1983 and American University, Washington College of Law in 1986. He has over 30 years of litigation experience, representing individuals in civil, criminal, and incarcerable traffic matters in State and Federal Courts across Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. He is also a guest lecturer at Montgomery College and actively involved in numerous bar associations.
