Stephen Hartley Wilsey graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1991 and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992 and in Florida since 1993 (inactive status). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Brazoria County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar, and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. His practice emphasizes Family Law matters (limited to Adoptions, Protective Orders, and name changes), Auto Accidents, Traffic citations, Wills and Powers of Attorney (simple estate planning), Probate, Muniment of Title, Heirship Proceeding, Transfer on Death Deeds, and Real Property Deeds. Before law school, he earned a B.S. in Biology from Millsaps College in 1977 and worked in the offshore oil industry for eight years, attaining a manager's position.
