Stephen M. Williams is a Director in the Albuquerque office and the firm’s senior litigation attorney, having practiced continuously at the firm for 36 years since joining in 1982. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1975. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and civil litigation defense in products liability, medical and professional malpractice, business and institutional liability, oil field accident litigation, and insurance law. He has extensive civil jury trial experience, participating in over 90 trials, 67 as first chair. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and all levels of federal court, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
