About Stephen
For over 20 years Steve has represented local and national energy producers in matters involving longwall mining, coal mine subsidence, coalbed methane gas recovery, underground gas storage and shale gas recovery. As a member of Peacock Keller's Energy Department, he has produced title abstracts and produced legal opinions on thousands of titles to tracts of coal and operating rights involving some of the world's largest deep coal mines in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Likewise, he has produced legal opinions on oil and gas ownership. Additionally, Steve's practice involves all aspects of residential real estate, estate planning and estate administration.
