Stephen Skinner

Attorney Stephen Skinner was born and raised in Charles Town, West Virginia. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1986. During high school, he attended Mountaineer Boys State and the West Virginia Governor’s Honors Academy. He attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, graduating with honors in 1990. After working abroad for one year in London, he attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from which he graduated in 1994.
