Growing up, Stephen watched the great impact his father, a lawyer himself, had on people as well as his passion for helping others. As he grew older, Stephen learned that his father’s passion was borne from the unfairness he witnessed growing up in Easley, SC where brown lung was a problem for so many. Stephen decided from a very early age that he wanted to do good for others, just like his dad. He wanted to be someone to help other people in their time of need.
