Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Steve Fleschner grew up surrounded by hard-working people who shaped his values and sense of purpose. The son of a coal miner and the grandson of farmers, Steve learned early on the importance of perseverance, integrity, and lending a hand to others.
