Steven B. Bengart has been practicing law since 1986. He was a past owner and title agent of Niagara Square Agency and has been a New York State licensed title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company for nine years. He has extensive experience in title matters, easements, right-of-way issues, and land use and environmental issues, serving as Town Attorney and Prosecutor for the Town of Clarence. He has also drafted local codes and advised various boards. Additionally, he has served as Counsel to and Assistant Secretary to the Town of Clarence, County of Erie, Industrial Development Agency (CIDA) since 2002. He is a nine-year Board member for the Center for Elder Law and Justice, serving as President for the last three years and Vice President for the prior four years.
