Steven C. Toups

Steven C. Toups is a native of Beaumont, Texas, with over 30 years of experience fighting for the rights of Southeast Texans. He graduated with high honors from Lamar University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1990.
