Steven H. Cohen, Esq. is a Partner and Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. Licensed in New Jersey since 1992 and New York since 1993, he specializes almost exclusively in workers’ compensation matters for injured employees. His experience handling both defense and plaintiff's work provides a unique perspective. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), serving as Co-Chair of its Workers’ Compensation Section since 2005, and is also on the Executive Committee for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, where he was recently appointed Secretary. He also serves as Vice President of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health.
