Steven H. Osber is a Senior Partner at Conrad & Scherer’s Fort Lauderdale office with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and business litigation. His practice includes partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial evictions, real estate, and construction litigation. He was part of the lead trial team in the Gopher v. Wells Fargo case, which resulted in a historic $1.1+ billion jury verdict in 2025. Steven also serves as outside general counsel to various businesses and has extensive litigation experience with over 100 state and federal jury and non-jury trials.
