Steven Hawkins

Steven Hawkins was born in southern California. He lived in Chile for two years, serving as a missionary and learning Spanish. He attended Brigham Young University-Idaho for his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and the University of Wisconsin Law School for his Juris Doctor. He co-founded the First-Generation Lawyers student organization and served as its inaugural president. He also worked with the Wisconsin International Law Journal as a Note and Comment Editor.
