About Steven

Steven R. Alpert was the founding partner of Alpert & Fellows, LLC, starting his practice in 1976. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. He served as the first municipal judge in Manitowoc and was a past president of the Manitowoc County Bar Association. He was involved in significant legal cases and devoted his adult life to serving the Manitowoc community, including roles on the Manitowoc County Board, Planning Commission, and various community organization boards.
