Steven W. Tarta, Esq. has been providing Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate Expense Reduction services since 1992. He focuses on Asset Preservation using various trusts and offers a conservative approach to client objectives. His practice is exclusively limited to Federal and New Jersey Estate Tax Planning. He graduated from Alfred University in 1968 with a BA in Business Administration and Economics, and received a Doctor of Laws Degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1971. He also studied International Law at The Peace Palace in Brussels, Belgium. He has over 50 years of professional experience, including a judicial clerkship and time as an Assistant County Prosecutor, before entering private practice.
