Stuart A. Carpey has worked to protect and represent victims who have been seriously injured in an accident since 1987. During his years practicing, he has garnered a national reputation for putting his clients first by educating them about personal injury law and fighting relentlessly to get them the compensation they deserve. Mr. Carpey is the lead attorney at his firm, Carpey Law P.C., focusing on personal injury cases including car and auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, bike accidents, and others in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He has experience in civil litigation representing severely injured plaintiffs both in court and negotiating with insurance companies. He is of counsel at The Law Office of Jared S. Zafran, LLC. As an esteemed member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he has secured million-dollar verdicts or settlements to gain membership. He is also a well-known speaker, educator, and volunteer in the area of personal injury law and law practice management. Mr. Carpey is a Philadelphia County Mediator (Judge Pro Tempore) in complex civil litigation matters as well as a Court-appointed Arbitrator in Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
