Stuart S. Healy

Born and raised in Casper, Stuart is a life-long resident of Wyoming. After completing his Military Service as a Captain in the United States Army in 1971, Stuart returned to the University of Wyoming, where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Political Science in 1972. Stuart then enrolled in the University of Wyoming College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1975.
