About Stuart

Stuart has been practicing law since 1979. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1975, a Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law in 1979, and a Master of Law (L.L.M.) from Wayne State State University in 1992 in Labor Law. He specializes in personal injury law, domestic relations matters, medical malpractice, and all types of civil trial litigation. Attorney Weiner is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association of Justice, and State Bar Attorney Discipline Board. He is a also a case evaluator in Wayne, Oakland, and Livingston Counties.
