Sung “Sean” Kim is the Lead Trial Attorney at BANA LAW. He represents clients in civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex torts. With nearly 20 years of litigation experience, Sean spent the first 14 years of his career on the defense side before transitioning to the plaintiff’s bar in 2019. Since then, he has successfully recovered over $40 million for his clients. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2005, graduating in the top 20% of his class.
