About Suzanne
Suzanne Scheller, Counselor at Law, is the founder of Scheller Legal Solutions LLC. She specializes in elder law, including elder abuse and neglect litigation, financial exploitation, elder mediation, and estate planning. She is a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Rule 114 in mediation and arbitration. Suzanne is active in the elder law community, advocating for elder and disabled clients through legal representation, policy initiatives, and legislative reform. She is a founder of Elder Voice Family Advocates, a founding Board member of the Minnesota Elder Justice Center, and an adjunct faculty member at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She was inducted into the Elder Law Section Hall of Fame by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2025 and received the 2018 Mary Alice Gooderl Award. She has also been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer for multiple years.
