Tara Millan has been in practice for over 15 years. She received her bachelor's degree, with honors, in American Intellectual History from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her law degree from Creighton University, where she earned the American Jurisprudence Award in multiple categories and was a member of the International Moot Court Team. She practiced in Anchorage, Alaska, before returning to Eagle Point, Oregon. Her practice focuses on litigation, particularly personal injury and family law, and she has been involved in appellate work resulting in published opinions against insurance companies.
