Tara Schlairet is an advocate for injured workers in Georgia, leveraging her extensive insight into insurance companies’ tactics from her prior experience representing employers/insurers in workers’ compensation claims in both Georgia and Florida. She received her law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, graduating in the top 15 percent, and her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Georgia State Bar and an inactive member of the Florida Bar Association.
