About Tate

Tate J. Kunkle is a senior associate with Douglas & London, focusing on environmental and mass toxic tort litigation. He helps cities, counties, water districts, and individuals recover from environmental pollutants. Mr. Kunkle holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law, which is ranked number one in the country for environmental law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as several federal district courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
