Taylor A. Carroll

Taylor is a native of small-town Iowa. She attended and graduated high school at Paton-Churdan where she was salutatorian and student council president amongst other accolades. Taylor received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Iowa State University where she was able to graduate in three years. After taking a year off to work in a law office in Jefferson, Iowa, Taylor continued her education at the University of South Dakota School of Law.
